The segment for this project is students during their first-degree education period.

The Pain

Based on research and 1-on-1 interviews with students, the most significant pain many students face is financial.

The problem is lack of money since they are not working, because of the following reasons:
* They do not have time to commit to one full/part-time job.
* Not enough student job offerings.
* A dynamic schedule that changes from time to time.

The Solution

The solution is a marketplace who connect employers with students to jobs with a predetermined period (hours or days), without any commitment from any side for continues work together.

It can be instantly for employers who need a bartender immediately because their employee just got sick and he does not have a replacement or to a more degree-related job, such as research in lab assistant.

The students can connect their calendar with the platform, and set their preferences (hours, max distance, etc.) upfront so that the system will show them only relevant job offers to their time and preferences.

Hypothesis

I Believe that first-degree students in Israel have a problem to get a job and work on their tight schedule.

If they had immediate job opportunities that fit their schedule, it would help them to work more and earn more money.
